Wagashi and matcha (green powdered tea) made in front of your eyes by the craftsmen of the long-established Kyoto sweets shop Laomatsu
Old shop “Laematsu” in Kyoto, known for its Natsukansugar (summer citrus sugar) and other products loved by the Sukiyas of Kami Shichiken. This plan allows you to see the craftsmanship that carries the Kyoto culture to the present day right before your eyes.

Visitors can specially enjoy the spectacular view of Sogen Pond Garden and the Dharma Hall “Unryuzu” before general visiting hours. Enjoy the one and only view as a wonderful morning activity time before breakfast.

Chasangaku Special Tea Ceremony Experience
